YOGA and OTHER ACTIVITIES

• Daily morning power yoga session 5 days a week

• 2 evening restorative yoga classes

• Morning and evening group meditation practice

• 2 Family Oasis evening events (for e.g. Oasis Women’s connection Circle, Chanting and Bonfire Ceremony with Dance movement for embodiment)

• One very special and joyful evening event - surprise for you

• Opening introduction welcome circle for mothers and children, and our team

• 2-3 children's yoga classes per week with specialist children's yoga teacher (dependant on age of child)

• Creative and fun children's programme every morning for 4 hours and evening childcare for 2 hours. Multi-lingual, heart-centred carers . Languages spoken: English, Spanish, Dutch, Russian. If you have a treatment, childcare will cover this period

• Bonding time for mothers with their children: exploring near by beaches or villages, workshops together like Art therapy or Mother & Child yoga

• Massage or Reiki healing ( 1 per stay, additional available for a supplementary cost, childcare is included)

CUISINE

• All meals are included, prepared by our amazing chefs

• All meals are vegetarian and made from fresh local and organic  produce. Vegan meals are available on request. Catering to allergies, food intolerances and other personal needs

• Organic children’s meals prepared separately to include weaning food,  pureed baby food and choice of toddler and children meals

• Daily organic freshly squeezed  juices, morning Vitamin cocktails and smoothies

• Healthy snacks and fresh fruit and vegetable platters throughout a day 

• Unlimited coffee, herbal teas, and mineral water

 

AMENITIES​

• Yoga mats, beach towels, hairdryers, soft blankets will be provided to our guests

• Air-conditioning and heating

• Saltwater swimming pool

• Necessary toiletries such as Baby wet wipes, Sudocream, mosquito spray, sun protection cream will be provided

• Daily room cleaning, including towel change on request and use of laundry facilities

• Toiletries for you and your child (shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner)
