Family Oasis Chalet St Christophe is a historic farmhouse located in the unspoilt hamlet of Vallon area of Samoëns, Grand Massif.

Initially built in the early 18th century, just a 10 minute stroll from the centre of town.

A triumphant mix of authentic alpine and contemporary luxury, enjoy delights such as hand-crafted woodwork, exposed beams, limestone flooring, exquisite artwork, and an incredibly comfortable lounge with a library and a roaring log fire.

Chalet featuring impressive ensuite bedrooms, a traditional hot tub, Swedish sauna hidden away in a renovated mazot, enormous flat lawns and an independent renovated barn containing a yoga studio for morning warm-up exercises and evening events.

Samoens village centre is approximately 1200m (12 minute's flat walk) and a private in-house transport providing quick access to the Grand Massif Express telecabine in Samoëns.

Family Oasis Chalet St Christophe offers a stunning array of exterior facilities, space and views. Enjoy wonderful views towards the surrounding mountains including the famous Criou, the dramatic Cathédrale, and the many peaks of the Grand Massif ski area.

Without a doubt, one of the highlights is the traditional hot tub which affords fantastic views over the entire gardens towards the farmhouse. Located directly next to it, an extra large Swedish sauna is hidden away inside a renovated mazot, the perfect place to soothe tired muscles after a day on the mountains.

Our Chalet St Christophe is located in the unspoilt surrounds of historic Les Vallon d'en Bas, a quiet hamlet that boasts some of the valley’s finest traditional Savoyard architecture. Nature lies at your doorstep in this calm, unspoilt location.

Airport Transfer from Geneva Airport, our venue is 1h drive from the airport. There will be 2 transfers: morning and afternoon
6 peaceful nights/7 days accommodation at Family Oasis Chalet in one of our stunning en-suite bedrooms
6 day Ski-pass for adults, kids 7 and under ski for free
Daily morning warm up sessions and evening restorative yoga and meditation practice
Creative children’s programme every morning for 5 hours and 2 hour evening childcare with listening service. Heart-centered, multi-lingual carers using a mindful approach

Ski hire, you will receive a 20% discount booking via us
Ski or snowboard lessons are not included, we will assist you on organising
Ski passes for children, kids age 7 and under ski for free
Eating outside or extra activities in Samoëns
Travel insurance, we urge our guests to take this out to cover all eventualities

WHAT'S THE CLOSEST AIRPORT?

Geneva (GVA) international airport is roughly a 1 hour car journey from our retreat venue.

All our guests will be offered 2 transfer times on the day of the arrival and departure, return transfer is included

SNOW CONDITIONS IN SAMOËNS IN MARCH

Samoëns and more generally the Grand Massif (Flaine) has always benefited from a superb snow record thanks to the microclimate resulting from the proximity of Mont Blanc. Snow cover on at least parts of the ski area is pretty much guaranteed from mid-december until late April. Samoëns also benefits from North-facing slopes which greatly helps to retain snow longer

HOW MUCH IS THE RETREAT and WHAT'S THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

The price of 2975 Euros includes fully inclusive retreat package

for a Parent and one Child.

Your family will be staying in one of our charming en-suite bedrooms

Extras:

EUR 850 for an adult friend or a family member
EUR 650 for an additional child

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

You can pay in full when booking (we accept all the major credit cards) or alternatively you can choose an option to pay in monthly instalments by credit or debit card, with first payment due today.

And the last option is to pay by the bank transfer. Please note that a deposit of 50% will be payable upon booking in case you choose a manual payment option and we will issue you an invoice (it is possible to pay in EUR, GBP or USD - please drop us a note).

The balance 50% will need to be paid 8 weeks before a retreat start day, which is no later than January 23rd 2023.

We know, as mothers ourselves, your plans can change. That's why if you can't attend our retreat, you can transfer your stay to your friend or a family member.
