THE LOCATION
Sitges is a unique enclave on the Mediterranean coast with 300 days of sunshine per year and has an excellent microclimate that allows you to enjoy this beautiful coastal town.
It's known for its Mediterranean beaches and seafront promenade. The compact old town and surrounding streets are filled with charming shops, restaurants and galleries.
The old town has typically Spanish narrow streets leading down to a palm tree-lined promenade that runs along an open bay with its many beaches of Costa Dorada/Golden Coast.
During the retreat, you will have the opportunity to participate in two yoga sessions each day that will help you feel grounded and rejuvenated. In the mornings, we will start off with an energizing Vinyasa session to invigorate your body and get your energy flowing. In the evenings, we will wind down with a soothing Yin class to promote relaxation before bedtime. We have two yoga platforms available for our yoga practices, each offering

Discover a captivating villa, brimming with charm, complete with an exquisite pool, conveniently located within a short distance of Sitges, a picturesque Spanish town, and just a 25-minute drive from Barcelona Airport.
Villa Almiral is a luxuriously restored Masia just south of Barcelona. Set high on a hillside in the Penedes wine region, the masia is surrounded by the Garraf National Park and offers spectacular vistas of the sea and mountains.
This exceptional mansion steeped in history has loads of space for you and offers plenty of privacy with its acres of private grounds. Our retreat venue is a tranquil oasis with charming bedrooms, a large solar-heated infinity pool, a sauna, a jacuzzi and two yoga platforms that provide the most breathtaking views. Each of our bedrooms has its own personality, seamlessly blending the original historic details with all the comforts of your relaxing stay...all of our suites have ensuite bathrooms and magnificent views.

HOW MUCH IS THE RETREAT AND
WHAT'S THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
We are glad to offer a room-sharing option for this retreat:
Share the 2 bedroom quadruple en-suite with other like-minded women and pay
EUR 1150 per person.
A twin en-suite with shared occupancy for two women is Eur 1450 per person
The price of a private en-suite of EUR 2300 includes a fully inclusive retreat package for you if you wish to stay in the private suite
You can pay in full when booking (we accept all the major credit/debit cards) or alternatively, you can choose an option to pay in 3 to 7 monthly instalments.
The last option is to pay by bank transfer. Please note that a deposit of 30% will be payable upon booking in case you choose a manual payment option and we will issue you an invoice (it is possible to pay in EUR, GBP or USD - please drop us a note).
The balance 70% will need to be paid 8 weeks before a retreat start day, which is no later than January 27th 2024.

We know, your plans can change. That's why we've included one free of charge date change up until 60 days before the check-in date or if you can't attend our retreat, you can transfer your stay to your friend or a family member.
